Self Leadership + Collective Leadership = Collective Results
Even though, the word leadership has been surfacing for many years the concept can be difficult to grasp. We’ve done a fairly good effort managing employees over the years however the world has changed and the rate of change is gradually increasing. Over the last couple of decades, the rate of this change has introduced volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity into our family and work life. Individuals can no longer have all the answers as once was expected. Organizations are adapting and so has our need for understanding Leadership. This case study looks at the concept of Collective Leadership and how best to problem solve collectively. The Collective can be enhanced by individuals knowing they self and what talents, thinking skills, and emotional intelligence they bring to others in their work teams.
